📘 We are delighted to see the second edition of Collagen: Methods and Protocols published as part of Springer Nature’s Methods in Molecular Biology series!
It has been a great pleasure to co-edit this new edition with Prof. Irit Sagi, bringing together contributions from outstanding researchers in the collagen and extracellular matrix community.
This second edition provides an updated collection of experimental methods and protocols reflecting advances in collagen biology, structure, biosynthesis, modification, imaging, proteomics, disease research, and emerging technologies.
A book like this is truly a collaborative effort. I would like to sincerely thank all our authors and co-authors for sharing their expertise, for their excellent contributions, and for their patience and commitment throughout the preparation and production of the volume.
We hope this new edition will become a useful resource for established investigators, young scientists, and everyone exploring the fascinating and rapidly evolving field of collagen and extracellular matrix biology.
