- A background in microRNAs’ technology, advanced imaging techniques and/or experience with multi-omics techniques (transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics, etc.) will be welcomed.
- Evaluate food-derived ingredients in tumor cell lines.
- Create microRNAs’ libraries and perform in silico evaluation.
- Use advance imaging methods to characterize ECM remodeling.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and contribute to project goals.
- Preparation of publications for peer-reviewed journals.
- Mentoring and training of junior lab members.
