  • Preparation of publications for peer-reviewed journals.
  • Mentoring and training of junior lab members.

Our lab focuses on defining the nutrition impact on extracellular matrix (ECM) remodeling and microbiome in health and diseases. Microbiome is considered to have fundamental role in efficiency of anti-cancer therapeutic strategies. Food-derived ingredients modulate microbiome and ECM deposition leading to resistance to current therapies. Our aim is to investigate the role of food-derived ingredients in ECM homeostasis during malignant melanoma and colorectal carcinoma. To achieve this objective, we harness a variety of molecular biology techniques, advanced imaging techniques and bioinformatic tools. Postdoc position  Key Responsibilities:
